Over seeding

This service is highly recommended to people with yards that have bare spots, aren't thick, have been damaged by the hot sun, or are not bright green. It is typically performed in the spring or fall when conditions allow new grass to establish strong roots.

Before seeding, we will ensure the lawn is prepared to ensure good seed-to-soil contact, which improves germination. The High-quality grass seed suited to local conditions is then evenly applied across the lawn.

Over seeding is generally paired with aeration and requires a top dressing layer to be added on top of the seed after application for optimal seed to soil contact. Dethatching can also be done in addition to aeration to remove thatch for even better seed to soil contact.
